I kept wondering who was the client and who was the agent as I had to keep calling them and showing up at their office for answers. Also not very aggressive with my house. I ultimately went to a different real estate agent to get my house sold. Also disregard John Cannon's review, he is engaged to an agent. I think that's conflict of interest.
